Called up last minute to view a car and was able to see it the same day and test drive it. Car was exactly what the add says, no hidden issues. No faults with the car, even had s mechanic with me to check it over. The cars are fairly priced for what they offer. I left with the car same day no hassle easy and quick process. Would reccomend people to purchase from the trader. Will defo be looking on the site in the future when looking to purchase a car in the future. The guys are very friendly and welcoming. Don't feel pressured into makibg a choice. Defo consider them if you're looking to purchase s new car.

As soon as you walk in to where the cars are kept you see how much care these guys have taken in maintaining their vehicles so that they look appealing...I felt spoilt for choice! Excellent customer service, cars ready to drive away same day already valeted and checked! No nonsense, no come back in 2 days to collect, no unknown surprises when you go to view. Fantastic! 5 stars!

The customer service I received from Marcin and Thomas was Excellent. They were very helpful in providing all the information I needed to help me decide on my car. I had drive from the Midlands to Kent on two occasions to view and buy my car and I would make the same journey again as it is worth it when dealing with honest and reliable people. How refreshing to deal with someone who knows his cars and how to deal with customers. Having tried the big companies and been unimpressed with their standard of service, it was pleasant to deal with Marcin who was really helpful, not in the least bit pushy and we are delighted with the car we bought from him. The car lot is scruffy but the service is great.
Pleasantly Surprised
Don't be put off by the slightly run down look of this small dealership. I can imagine it is very tough to run a business like this and turn a profit. So I was slightly concerned when I turned up to view the car. My mind was put at rest when greeted on arrival by the businesses director Marcin, he was very attentive. He came across as genuine and honest and had all the answers to my questions. He did not waste my time as the car was fantastic and as described on the advert. The purchase of the car was very easy and I was given 3 months warranty and 12 months break down cover for free. I believe this is the correct way to run a car dealership and will certainly recommend others to Prestige when looking for a used car.
